Dr. Nicely obtained her veterinary and teaching degrees from The Ohio State University and began working at the practice in 2002. She feels the human-animal bond that occurs between people and their pets is something to be cherished and helps owners make decisions that honor that relationship. She believes that client education is one of the most important aspects of veterinary practice, and also has a special interest in dentistry, gastrointestinal problems, senior wellness and comfort, and staff education.
Outside of work she values her time with her husband and two children. Their family includes a Boston, Finn, and two cats, Tut and Cosmo. Relaxation comes in the form of yoga, spinning, geocaching, and bird watching.
